E! News was able to confirm that attorneys for Alec Baldwin were in court last Tuesday and requested for another custody hearing.

Marjorie S. Steinberg, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge, scheduled the hearing this coming August 11, 2008.

Baldwin and ex-wife Kim Basinger divored 2002 after 9 years of marriage. Baldwin lost his visitation rights to her daughter, Ireland, last year for leaving mean voice mails for her daughter.

Now, this Emmy nominated actor wants to regain his privileges as a father to their daughter who will turn 13 this coming October.
